CVR is a non-profit organization 501(c)3. Sources of funding for its programs and services include the New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, United Way, Medicaid, Monmouth County Board of Social Services, Monmouth Park Charity Ball Committee, Ann Earle Talcott Foundation, as well as commercial and janitorial contracts, corporate and private donations and sponsorships. CVR, based in Monmouth County, NJ, also serves those with special needs in Ocean County, NJ, Mercer County, NJ and Middlesex County NJ.

CVR has a staff of highly trained professionals working together as a team to prepare people with disabilities that include cognitive impairments, mental illness, and diverse abilities to become positive contributors to our community’s workforce. CVR promotes quality of life by reinforcing dignity and integrity in the lives of the people we serve.
