CVR's Production Center offers an assortment of training services in packaging, production, fulfillment, mailing, maintenance, and custodial. CVR has established long term relationships with Schwan Cosmetics, Ranger Industries, Heyco, Acu-Band, Cosmetics Essence Inc., Relizon, TFH, QVC, It's Simply Amazing, Mount of Olives, and Waldmen Publishing to name a few.

CVR's Production Center has experienced and capable supervision, including production and warehouse managers, floor supervisors, quality control supervisor, and a large dependable workforce of participants with all types of disabilities.

CVR's Production Center has equipment consisting of automatic and semi-automatic shrink systems, high volume blister machines, automatic drop sealers, digital scales, computerized shipping system and climate controlled secure storage.

CVR is in the business of reconstructing lives. Its purpose is to give individuals the opportunity to work in, live in, and to be contributing members of the community. Much of the success of CVR can be attributed to the active role that the organization has played in the local community, as well as the associations it has gained through this commitment to the community.

		CVR is a non-profit organization. Sources of funding for its programs and services include the New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, United Way, Medicaid, Monmouth County Board of Social Services, Monmouth Park Charity Ball Committee, Ann Earle Talcott Foundation, service and manufacturing contracts with businesses, and individual donations. The success of CVR programs and services has created the availability of an extensive assortment of business-building services that are provided to the business community at affordable contract rates. These services include:
		PACKAGING SERVICES shrink wrapping; blister packaging; bagging; point-of- purchase displays (assembly and design); bar-coding; pricing and labeling.
		PRODUCTION SERVICES light assembly; collating; wiring; gluing and stapling; inspection and repack. FULFILLMENT SERVICES warehousing ; order entry; inventory control; pick, pack and ship; and bulk mailings.
		JANITORIAL SERVICES complete maintenance services for businesses located in Central New Jersey. EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES providing qualified, trained candidates to fill temporary, part-time and full-time positions.
